Greetings from Westport Bike Shop! As the pedals turn and gears shift, Bike Week 2024 is fully up and running! From the 11th to the 19th of May, the streets will come alive with the spirit of cycling, and we’re here to give you the inside scoop.
What is Bike Week?

What’s Happening in Westport?
With so much cycling track on our doorstep in Westport it’s easy to get involved in Bike Week 2024. Just hop on your bike and hit for the Greenway for some safe family cycling. Explore the Quay, hit for Murrisk, or take off for Newport. All easy routes for all ages and abilities.
At Westport Bike Shop we are getting involved by joining forces with 15-Minute Westport and Scoil Phádraig for a Cargo Bike Exhibition Day. We will have some of the best in cargo and e-bikes on display for test rides and to showcase all the pros of getting cycling for you and the family.
Join us on Saturday the 18th May, from 11am-2pm at Scoil Phádraig on the Newport Road and see for yourself.
